Staples, Substitutions, & The Kitchen Sink: A toolkit for agile writing program administration

About

This toolkit is intended for writing program administrators across types of writing programs and institutions of higher education. In which, we offer evidence-backed tools that help re-frame common practices of writing program administration with agility in mind.
Writing programs face all kinds of crises, from budget cuts to staffing changes to emergency remote teaching. Some of these tools will help with preparation in case of major changes or crisis, while others will provide assistance in practices like advocating for and mentoring instructors and students.

This toolkit is supported by an iterative research cycle that identifies needs and engages user-testing to ensure sustainability of the tools within. You can read more about previous data collection here. We welcome your feedback on this survey or your contributions emailed to Marisa.
