Hi! I am an Assistant Professor in Composition, Rhetoric, and Technical Writing at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.

It’s Summer 2025, and I’ve just finished my first year on the tenure-track! 🎉

Aside from rafting, paddling, and generally being outside, I’m mostly spending the summer working on an OER project for our Composition Program. I’m also working with an undergraduate research assistant on a toolkit for writing program administration and running the second iteration of Jobs in English and Transdisciplinary Studies.

This Fall, I’ll transition into the role of Writing Program Coordinator at WSU.
